By “welder mechanicals”, we are referring to any of the components necessary to take the tube being produced from the last driven fin pass through the welding process and into the cooling section. Generally, this starts with the weld squeeze box.

We offer many weld boxes designs to compliment the particular welding process and tube specifications. These include HF induction boxes in 2-roll, 3-roll, 4-roll, and 5-roll configurations. We also make sealed TIG and laser-weld boxes in 4-roll and 6-roll configurations.

For HF induction mills, we also offer tandem OD bead trimmers with integral bead winders. Our bead trimmers are precision machine tools built strong enough to continuously do the job. Our bead winders are offered basic models to more user-friendly versions with either powered bundle push-offs or collapsible tines. We also offer a weld box with an integral OD bead-nicking roll that eliminates the need for a bead winder.

Other miscellaneous accessories we offer include the following: seam guides, impeder mounting brackets, and ironing stands.
